Web design and development, Malta
Websites that load fast and say what you do.
Nexus Web Studio MT is a small studio in Malta. We design and build websites for businesses, then look after them once they are live.
Services
Six things we do, and we do them properly.
Web design
Layout, type and colour worked out in a clickable prototype. You approve it before we write any code.
Web development
Plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, or a headless CMS if you want to edit pages yourself. You keep the hosting account and the code.
English and Maltese
Language switching that search engines understand, correct ċ, ġ, ħ and ż, and translations that a native speaker has read.
Accessibility
We build to WCAG 2.2 AA and test with a keyboard and a screen reader. We also audit sites that already exist.
Speed and search
Compressed images, very little JavaScript, clear page titles, and structured data for your opening hours and location.
Care plans
Updates, backups, uptime checks and small content changes, for a fixed monthly fee.
Approach
How we build every site.
Light
Pages are small, so they open quickly on a phone with a weak signal.
Accessible
Everyone can read, tab through and use the site, whatever device or assistive tool they have.
Private
No cookies and no tracking scripts unless you ask for them and we explain what they do.
Clear
You get a written quote with a fixed scope before we start. If something changes, we tell you before we do it.
Process
From first call to launch.
Discover
A short call, then a written brief covering your goals, your audience and the content you have.
Design
A clickable prototype of every page. Development starts once you approve it.
Build
We build on a private preview link and test it on real phones and with a keyboard.
Launch
We connect your domain, run the launch checks, and offer a care plan if you want one.
